  2. Accept what are you worrying about mentally. Don’t run from it. When we have accpeted the worst, we have nothing more to lose. We have everything to gain.
  3. Then improve your time and energy on your worries. If you could do this, you can get many points of view how to solve your worries. Even you can get another chance to be better person.

When you analyze your worries, you can use these technique :

  1. Get all the facts about what are you worry about.
  2. After you get it, make a decision what to do next.
  3. Act your decision to face your worries.
  4. Write out and answer the following questions when you are tempted to worry:
  5. What is the problem?
  6. What are the causes of the problem?
  7. What are the possible solutions?
  8. What is the best solution?

Sometimes worries make us worst day by day. Stop. Don’t live your life with your worries. You must break it before it ruins your life. How to break the worry?

  1. Keep busy. Do jobs that involve your mind and body. A job that force your body, mind and energy to finish it. So you don’t think about worries.
  2. Use the law of averages to outlaw your worries
  3. Cooperate with the Inevitable
  4. Decide just how much anxiety a thing may be worth and refuse to give it more
  5. Don’t worry about the past
  6. Conquer your worry. Do this step :
  7. When you feel worry, react to it.
  8. Make the best move in any possibility.
  9. Win from it, don’t believe in losing.
  10. Avoid distraction incomparable.
  11. Encourage your steps.
